Soothe Anxiety with Animal Communication Mini-course

Hi Reader,

Navigating your pet's anxiety, fear, or reactivity can be an overwhelming journey for you and your animal, consuming time and emotions.

Searching for solutions can aggravate anxiety, leaving you questioning which approach is best for your pet.

Yet, there's a simple solution: ask your pet.

They instinctively know what works for them.

Join us for the Animal Communication for Anxious Pets mini-course on Monday, January 15, at 7 pm EST, where we'll explore powerful ways to help your anxious animal overcome their fear, AND I will answer 1 question about your animal, whether they are alive or have transitioned.

Take Dobby, a 2-year-old Chiweenie, adopted by his human, Susan, about 6 months ago from a kill shelter in California.

Susan received an Animal Communication Gift Certificate to talk with Dobby because she was feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out how to help him overcome his intense fear of dogs and men, biting, peeing, and pooping in the house.

"I'm doing my best to adjust to living in a home and understanding what is expected from me," Dobby shared.

Dobby then showed me a picture of being neglected as he lived outdoors in a kennel before being rescued.

After Dobby shared his past with Susan, he said, "I'm happy to have you and Honey helping me feel safe and grounded."

After sharing her concerns and feeling validated about Dobby's issues, I sensed Susan's relief. Susan said knowing Dobby was trying his best to overcome his fear and was happy to be part of her family brought her peace of mind.

Communicating with your animal family can help you resolve their issues, including anxiety and fear-based reactivity, and give you validation.

September is National Responsible Dog Ownership Month. As a Pet Parenting Specialist and Animal Communicator, I've found that being a responsible dog parent is about more than walks, food, and belly rubs. September's focus on responsible ownership offers us a chance to explore our role as pet guardians. In just the last few weeks, I’ve had multiple sessions where a loving dog parent asked the gut-wrenching question: Is my dog better off in a new home? The decision to rehome a pet is often...

Minnie the Siamese

It took me 6 months to work up the courage because I have major trust issues. My issues stem from my first mom teaching me to retreat whenever things didn’t feel safe, so that’s what I do to protect myself. Thankfully, Cat understands this. She is patient, kind, and persistent. Cat knows I can't go any faster than I'm comfortable. Her secret sauce? Cat consistently meets me where I’m at during our daily “dates,” where I let her pet me while noshing on something tasty. Day by day. Treat by...

Cat's cats and dog

Guess who caught a mouse in their house? Not my 2 kittens, Minnie and Finnegan, or even my squirrel-and-chipmunk-chasing dog, Yogi Bear. The Animal Muse Crew: Finnegan, Minnie and Yogi Bear I did 😻! Let me explain. I recently found a mouse in my utility closet. Or, more accurately, mouse deposits. Yuk! Then I discovered my unwanted guest had moved across the hall into the dog and cat food closet. Not cool. As I inspected the mouse droppings, I looked Minnie and Finnegan in the eye and said,...
